The brand new series starts on Channel 4 on Tuesday 26 September at 8pm and not only will we get to know 12 new bakers but there’s also a new presenter and some brand new baking themes too. Alison Hammond is stepping into the shoes of Matt Lucas and will team up with regular host Noel Fielding and judges Paul Hollywood and Dame Prue Leith while new themes this year include chocolate, botanicals and party bakes.
