INGREDIENTS
- 100g vegan spread or margarine
- 8 tbsp brown soft sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 375g pack ready rolled puff pastry
- 100g raisins
- 100g pecan nuts, roughly chopped
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and remove the pastry from the fridge to soften.
2. In a bowl mix together the sugar, vegan spread and cinnamon.
3. Roll out the pastry and evenly spread the cinnamon, sugar mixture.
4. Scatter the chopped pecan nuts and raisins and roll the pastry back up tightly.
5. Cut the rolled up pastry into slices and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
6. Bake for 15 minutes.
7. Serve warm.
