In a choice of two widths and dual fuel or induction, our Longstock range cooker is sophisticated and stylish, perfect for both classic or contemporary kitchen schemes. The strong, angular look makes an instant statement the moment you enter the room while the choice of a Black, Ivory, Slate or Stainless Steel finish will enhance any interior.
The grill pan trivet has two height settings to allowing different thicknesses of food to be cooked with ease. The grill has variable heat and the pan sits on smooth-action telescopic runners meaning it is easy to check on food safely and quickly.
Choose from either a 5 (90cm width) or 6 burner (110cm width) gas hotplate which includes a variety of burner sizes to accommodate all pots and pans including a powerful multi-ring burner which is perfect for wok and high-heat cooking. The cast iron pan supports are extremely durable and are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Alternatively the 5 zone induction hob is fast, responsive and incredibly controllable featuring 9 power settings, two low temperature settings for simmering or melting and a power boost setting for quicker cooking times.
The Longstock features contemporary style control dials that are unique to this product family alongside a red programmable timer (Left hand oven only) so you can easily cook multiple dishes on the go without losing track of the cooking time. The Longstock also feels slim smooth tubular handles for easy grip when opening the oven doors.
Two large capacity fan ovens ensures all food is cooked evenly as it allows the air to circulate around the oven with the same temperature achieved throughout the cavity. The triple-glazed oven doors seal in the heat for perfect results every time.
The stay clean oven liners within the two fan ovens are also coated with a special enamel that enables easy cleaning by simply wiping away any food residue.
