
Ingredients
- 150g strawberries, chopped
- 100g raspberries
- 200g cup thick vanilla yoghurt
- 300ml cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Place the strawberries, raspberries, yoghurt, milk, maple syrup and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend until smooth then pour into a glass, garnish with extra berries and mint.
