Warranty repair service request

All of our appliances are supplied with a warranty. Depending on the appliance purchased, the warranty period will range from 2 to 3 years, with the exception of Sinks and Taps.

If you are experiencing an issue with your appliance, you can request a repair below. Please ensure you have your product serial number and proof of purchase to hand.

Our warranty provides cover for parts and labour related to functional faults on cookers, hoods, refrigerators and dishwashers. Cosmetic issues, unless reported upon receipt, or accidental damage are not covered under the warranty provided.

Complete the form below to request an engineer, please provide as much information as possible on the fault you are experiencing. We aim to respond to all requests within two working days.
