IN WARRANTY

If you are experiencing problems with your Rangemaster appliance and it is still within its manufacturer’s warranty, please register your service request here or call us on 01926 457628 selecting the relevant option for your appliance. Please have your serial number and appliance details to hand. Once we have diagnosed the problem we can usually arrange for one of our approved engineers to attend (if necessary) within two working days.

 


 

OUT OF WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

If your product is out of warranty we can put you in touch with our Nationwide network of approved Rangemaster/Falcon engineers, operated by Repairtech Services (UK) Limited. All engineers are fully trained on our products and have fast access to genuine Rangemaster/Falcon spare parts.

Repairtech engineers can repair most products for a fixed price from as little as £195 including labour and any parts used.  The fixed price is also inclusive of vat (exceptions apply).  Call 01952980133 or alternatively, please click on the below link to book your fixed price repair.

Exceptions
The fixed price includes a repair to the reported fault only – if you have multiple faults that require attention please contact Repairtech for a quote.  Under the fixed price arrangement the engineer will only attend to the fault reported.  

Induction cookers – a fixed price repair covers all parts of the cooker with the exception of induction hobs.  If you require a repair to your induction hob contact Repairtech for a quote.

Refrigeration - not covered by the fixed price quote, please contact Repairtech for a quote

Cancellation fee – cancellations will be accepted up to twenty four hours of booking the Job provided that there has been no Engineers visit in the interim.  A cancellation fee of £36 will be deducted from your refund.  Cancellations on the day of the engineer’s visit will attract a cancellation fee of £84

No fault found – if the engineer attends and finds no fault with your product but ensures your product is working as specified there will be no refund.  

 

OUT OF WARRANTY - SAFETY INSPECTION / COOKER SERVICE

Gas Safe Register recommends that all gas appliances undergo an annual safety inspection to ensure that they are safe to use and operating correctly.  In addition, all electrical appliances (such as induction or ceramic cookers) benefit from regular maintenance to ensure that they remain safe and operating correctly.

We are pleased to be able to offer a fixed price safety inspection/service for your Rangemaster, Falcon and Mercury cookers (exclusions apply) through one of our approved Repairers, Repairtech Services (UK) Limited.  The fixed price is £195.  All Repairtech engineers are fully trained on these cookers, insured, DBS checked and have access to Rangemaster, Falcon and Mercury Technical support. They will ensure your appliance is safe and operating correctly to give many years of trouble free service.  

When undertaking the inspection/service all functions of your appliance will be checked. In addition, the door catch and oven door seals will be changed to ensure optimum performance of your oven. Once the service is complete it will provide piece of mind that your cooker is safe and operating correctly.

Only genuine manufacturer spares will be used. All genuine spares are guaranteed for 12 months and the labour element has a 3 month warranty. In addition you will be issued with a Safety Certificate upon completion of the work. A 12 month reminder service is also offered.

For anyone who wants to go the extra mile and would like to have their cooker looking as good as new, cosmetic upgrades are available.  Details are available from Repairtech on request.

Exceptions

The fixed price covers the safety inspection and service only.  Any faults found are not covered by the fixed price and will attract an additional charge if you require them to be attended to.

Excludes Mercury Thermastone and RC1090 products.
