For many buyers, choosing a range cooker is not just about its features, functions and how it performs. For many people it’s all about the colour too. Some want their cooker to provide a statement appliance within the kitchen, contrasting boldly with the cabinetry, work surfaces and overall colour scheme. Others prefer a more subtle approach with a neutral tone that blends in. And there are of course, keen cooks and budding chefs who desire the professional look and feel of a striking stainless-steel design. Rangemaster has it all and more with a choice of 17 colours covering its many different models and designs, so there is sure to be a bold finish, subtle shade or serious chef look to suit.

The Rangemaster Colour Collection offers a selection of 17 shades, including three new colours as part of the Earth palette. Mineral Green as shown above is a perfect way of bringing a sense of the outside, in with its natural green toning that mirrors the garden and greenery outside. This shade works well in classic room schemes, complementing a mink, cashmere or pebble painted in-frame timber kitchen. Team with wooden parquet or herringbone flooring and solid timber work surfaces to enhance the characterful, organic look and feel.

A lovely finish that brings to mind sea and skies, Stone Blue is the second shade from the new Earth Collection and it’s another exciting way of connecting the kitchen to the great outdoors. We love seeing it in a subtle yet sophisticated pebble or chalk painted Shaker-style kitchen with marble-effect quartz work surfaces to add a textural look. White brick wall tiles will add an element of industrialism while a dark timber floor or luxury vinyl tile laid in a basket weave effect brings a sense of depth and distinction to the room.

When you want something dark and daring with instant wow factor, the new Charcoal Black colour from the Earth Collection is just simply stunning. Its sleek, modern vibe is just the thing for handleless cabinets in a high gloss or on-trend matt finish. Team with matching matt black units featuring brushed or rose gold recessed handles for a touch of bling and keep the rest of the room moodily monochrome with white quartz or solid surface work surfaces, black split-faced slate wall tiles and accessories and small appliances in blocks or patterns of black and white.

As well as the new Charcoal Black, Rangemaster also has its popular Black colourway, which looks equally impressive on modern and classic range cooker styles, as shown above. Each kitchen shows a Black range set within a blue kitchen design but the different tones of blue cabinetry show how easy it is to create a traditional or contemporary feel with your choice of door and drawer handles, worksurfaces, splashbacks and flooring alongside your Rangemaster appliance.

Green is set to be an ongoing trend in kitchen cabinetry so what better way of adding instant impact and contrast than with a fresh White Rangemaster range cooker and matching hood. White appliances have recently come back in a big way and are ideal partners for marble work surfaces and splashbacks, ceramic butler sink, industrial-style wall lights and brass taps, handles and hardware. It’s ideal for a modern take on the classic Shaker style and suits light, spacious schemes as well as smaller rooms with limited natural light.

When you want to dip your toe into the world of colourful appliances but don’t want to go bold and bright, Rangemaster’s Royal Pearl is eye-catching without being overwhelming. It’s the perfect match for chalky white painted timber cabinets and pale wooden flooring and it’s an easy shade to accessorise with pops of bright colour for a kettle, toaster, crockery and cookware, which can be displayed on open shelving or on the worksurfaces. A matt black sink and tap will create more of an industrial feel while accents of white and wood are in line with Nordic style.

Elise in Stainless Steel

Bring a professional look into the room with a Stainless Steel range cooker, which has the feel of a commercial kitchen appliance yet sits easily within a classic or contemporary home. You can avoid a cool, stark feel by adding warm tones of cabinetry and flooring as well as homely touches and personal details with cookery books on display and your favourite ceramics, glassware and accessories.

Deeply dramatic without going down the simple Black route, Slate is a gorgeously sludgy tone that works in painted timber kitchens as much as it does in handleless and high gloss. It’s a shade that goes with pretty much anything – wood, metallics, glass, pattern and print and it can be used to enhance an industrial scheme as well as to give a classic or modern interior an anchor and focal point. Team with a matching cooker hood to tie the look together and finish with rich red enamelled cookware and crockery.

As well as the Rangemaster models, you can also choose from 17 Colour Collection shades for Falcon range cookers too. We love how this Cherry Red finish shown above makes an instant statement in this otherwise neutral kitchen. It looks stunning in open-plan layouts, especially when you tie in the red tones by picking out red accents on the other side of the space, such as with your dining chairs, seat pads or perhaps some artwork hung on the wall.

Elegantly understated, China Blue offers a timeless look with enduring appeal. It looks especially stunning in an ornate traditional kitchen with cornices, pelmets and mantels and you can pick the blue out with a tiled splashback to help anchor the look. Add in shiny steel or chrome sink, tap and handles and you have a really smart kitchen scheme that will never go out of style.

For a timeless traditional look, it has to be Cream. Perfect for painted Shaker cabinetry and cottage country kitchens, this soft and subtle colourway can easily be dressed up or dressed down with floral textiles and cookware for that cottagecore trend or with warm wooden accents such as open shelving and chopping boards for a rustic feel.

There are also six additional finishes from the Colour Collection, which can be used to enhance, contrast or complement any classic or contemporary kitchen design. Regal Blue and Racing Green are dark and intense, Ivory and Fawn are calming and tranquil – a softer alternative to White – while Cranberry and Olive Green are statement tones that catch the eye the second you enter the room. With Rangemaster and Falcon, there is a shade for every style and a style for every shade.
