IMPORTANT UPDATES FROM RANGEMASTER

Following more recent government guidance AGA Rangemaster are planning to resume their 2 man deliver operation with effect from 4th May 2020.

AGA Rangemaster continues to put the health and wellbeing of all employees at the forefront of every decision-making process, while monitoring the advice from the Government and WHO guidelines on an ongoing basis.

Resumption of 2 man home delivery service

Trust us to deliver.

We know that receiving your new cooker is an event to look forward to – now more than ever! So, you’ll be glad to hear that we are resuming our 2 man Home Delivery Service for all of our Range cookers and complimentary products.

However, as you would expect, we’re taking a sensible approach by following all Government advice on COVID-19, ensuring we protect you, our employees and the wider population.

All of our home delivery vehicles have been subject to a deep clean and we are cleaning the vehicles down at the end of every day ready for the following day’s deliveries. 

Our drivers and installers have been issued with all of the appropriate PPE equipment including face masks, disposable gloves and antibacterial spray and wipes to wipe down any surfaces touched during your delivery.  They will all use a hand sanitiser prior to entering your home.

The delivery team will call you prior to the delivery to provide you with an eta and ask if there is anyone in the household self isolating or currently suffering from or displaying symptoms of the virus.  If there are the delivery will need to be rescheduled – we hope you will understand this.

We will ask you to maintain a distance of at least 2M whilst we are your home but it is preferable that you remain in another room if possible until we’ve left.  We won’t need you to sign for the delivery, we’ll take a digital image to confirm the successful delivery/installation.

UPDATE 27/03/2020

AGA Rangemaster has moved to an emergency single-man, kerbside delivery service to reach those in desperate need of cooking facilities. A small number of drivers will operate on a voluntary basis while following social distancing and hygiene rules to maintain a service for customers without cooking facilities. A signature will not be requested for the product delivery, instead a photograph will be taken as proof.

Contactless one-man home delivery service

Trust us to deliver.

We know that receiving your new cooker is an event to look forward to – now more than ever! So, you’ll be glad to hear that we are continuing with our Home Delivery Service for Rangemaster, Falcon & Mercury Cookers, plus Aga 60, Aga ER3 and AGA Masterchef products.

However, as you would expect, we’re taking a sensible approach by following all Government advice on COVID-19, ensuring we protect you, our employees and the wider population.

From 26th March, and until further notice, all Home Deliveries will be made to the kerbside outside your home. We’ve asked our drivers to keep a safe distance from our customers to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus while they carry out their deliveries. This doesn’t mean you can’t have a chat with them – after all, you’re allowed to be excited about your new cooker!

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil any installation/removal requests at this time. If you have already booked this service, we will refund you the charges. 

Will you bring the product into my home?

All Home Deliveries will now be carried out by one of our drivers, who will leave your new cooker on a pallet on the kerbside outside of your home (please see images below). Our driver can bring your new cooker into a garage, as long as the driveway is smooth, easily accessible and delivery can be safely undertaken by one person. We’ll also make sure our driver talks you through how to handle your new cooker.

What precautions are the delivery drivers taking?

Our drivers are following all Government advice, including the 2 metre rule for social distancing.

They will call you ahead of arriving at your home to provide an ETA so you can make sure you’re ready for the delivery. Plus, you will not need to sign for the product; instead we will take a photograph as proof of delivery.
