Summer is a wonderful time of the year when, weather permitting, we’re spending more of our time outdoors than in. But that’s no reason not to give yours a little update and a breath of fresh air with a splash of colour thanks to the new palette launched by Rangemaster for its Classic kettle and toaster.
The new colours have been launched to complement Rangemaster’s range cookers that also come in these natural tones, which form part of the Earth collection and are designed to bring a sense of the outside, in. Interior design has always been influenced by the wonders of nature and with biophilic design becoming ever more popular, these green and blue hues are sure to be a big hit. The soothing tones are calming and tranquil, perfect for easing yourself into the day with your tea and toast or relaxing after work with a cuppa and a crumpet. The palette also enhances both classic and contemporary kitchen décor, making these small appliances the perfect quick and easy update for any home.
The Mineral Green colourway brings to mind a leafy green landscape, perfect for kitchens with doors that open onto the garden. This soft green tone helps to unite both inside and outside spaces and is ideal for bringing the trend for a natural green palette into your kitchen. Calming and soothing, it works wonderfully with natural wooden accents such as a herringbone or parquet timber floor, wooden worksurfaces and painted Shaker-style cabinetry.
The Classic Kettle is a 3kW design with a quick and quiet boil. It’s perfect for families and entertaining with its large 1.7 litre capacity while level markers inside the kettle help you to boil only what’s needed, saving energy. It has a water gauge on the outside and perfect pour drip-free spout while the stovetop-style design is ideal for country cottage kitchens and classic decors. Added features include a cordless 360˚ swivel base, which is sturdy and safe to use for left and right-handed users, as well as a removable and washable limescale filter.
The Classic four slice toaster is perfect for families as well as guests with its long slots for varying thicknesses of your loaf along with six variable browning levels, a bagel function that toasts on one side while warming the other and dual settings to keep everyone happy. It also has a lift-and-look feature, a cancel button and a handy reheat option for when you don’t get the chance to eat first time round. It also has a defrost setting, so you can help prevent food waste by keeping a sliced loaf in the freezer.
The Stone Blue colour is reminiscent of ocean waves and mottled skies, perfect for updating the kitchen worksurface and bringing a soft and soothing blue hue to breakfast. It looks great in classic and modern decors, from natural timber cabinets and granite worktops to handleless slab high-gloss doors and quartz surfaces.
These gorgeously cool and soothing Earth colours are available across a selection of Rangemaster range cookers – the Elise, Classic 90 FX, Classic Deluxe, Infusion, Infusion Classic and Leckford Deluxe.
The Rangemaster Elise has a professional look with a touch of French flair. In Mineral Green, Stone Blue or Black, Charcoal Black, Cream, Stainless Steel, White, Cherry Red or China Blue, it comes with your choice of a gas cooktop with cast iron pan supports, multi-ring burner and wok cradle or an easy-clean, energy efficient induction hob. It also has a fan oven, handyrack, storage drawer for baking trays (on the 110cm version) and a deluxe glide-out grill.
The Classic range cooker meanwhile comes as a Classic 90 FX and Classic Deluxe in these gorgeous Earth colours as well as a variety of additional shades. The Classic 90 FX combines a large capacity 114 litre multifunction oven with energy saving panel with a flexible hob and full width storage drawer. Perfect for a traditional kitchen, both the dual fuel and induction designs have the iconic baker-style window and full width towel rail, classic dials and optional mini splashback.
Another traditional inspired design is the Classic Deluxe with its bevelled doors, arched glass viewing windows, towel rail and chunky knobs and handles. It can even be converted to LPG if you don’t have mains gas but want the ease and controllability of this fuel.
