This 5 burner gas hob (90 and 100cm widths) or 6 burners (110cm width) features a range of burner sizes to suit all pan sizes and culinary tasks including a powerful multi-ring burner for wok cooking. If you have any spills, the enamelled individual spillage wells are designed to contain the spillages and the durable cast iron pan supports are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
All Infusion Classic dual fuel models feature a removable teppanyaki griddle. Cook healthy food Japanese-style with this unique griddle plate that fits snuggly over the burners. It is also coated for non-stick easy cleaning.
If you favour an induction hob instead, the five cooking zones available suit all pan sizes and requirements. The rotary controls are easy to use and cooking can continue, even during a spillage. The induction zones can range in power from level 1 to 9 for flexibility and a power boost setting can be used on 2 zones at a time to speed up the cooking process. Finally settings L1 and L2 offer low power functionality which is ideal for melting or simmering. Induction continues to be a popular hob choice thanks to its faster heat up times, pan detection, automatic heat up and energy saving benefits.
The 90 and 100cm Infusion Classic models both feature a large 79 litre capacity fan oven alongside a tall fan oven whilst the 110cm width models feature two large 79 litre fan ovens. Fan ovens circulate hot air continuously, which means faster, more even cooking. It's also great for multi-shelf cooking as the hot air is distributed evenly.
