What's In Season

There is a time of year when most food is at its best and more readily available. Whilst nowadays foods can be bought all year round it is still worth buying foods that are in season as they are usually British and may be from a local supplier, therefore supporting local farmers and businesses, as well as reducing carbon footprint.
