It’s that time again so dust off your bakeware and bunting as The Great British Bake Off is back! The brand new series starts on Channel 4 on Tuesday 26 September at 8pm and not only will we get to know 12 new bakers but there’s also a new presenter and some brand new baking themes too. Alison Hammond is stepping into the shoes of Matt Lucas and will team up with regular host Noel Fielding and judges Paul Hollywood and Dame Prue Leith while new themes this year include chocolate, botanicals and party bakes.

For Paul Hollywood fans, the Classic Deluxe 110 comes with a bread proving drawer while the Classic Deluxe collection includes Rapid Response for 30% faster heat-up times, a Handyrack to check on food more easily, programmable ovens, wok cradle, griddle (on 90cm and 100cm sizes) and a multi-ring burner depending on fuel type.

Keen bakers should also check out the Professional+ 90 FX and Professional+ 100 FX range cookers. The dual fuel and induction 90 models also have the huge 114 litre multifunction oven, great for batch baking, as well as two grill trays and trivets, energy saving panel and, in the case of the Professional+ FXP, a self-cleaning Pyrolytic function that runs at a high temperature to burn any cooking residue to a fine ash, which can simply be cleaned away with a damp cloth.

For families and those who enjoy entertaining, the Professional+ 100 FX has two multifunction ovens with a combined capacity of 130 litres as well as a fully programmable oven on the left hand side – perfect for timing those cupcakes and cookies. The right-hand oven meanwhile has a Duo mode for gentle heat, ideal for pastries, cakes, open tarts and quiches and not forgetting the Delicate mode for blind baking or a showstopping crème brûlée.
