Fresh Asparagus and cream cheese in a black olive and onion pitta bread.
Gently poach some fresh English asparagus (currently in season), drain and cool. Spread your olive pitta bread (available from most high street supermarkets) with your favourite cream cheese and cover with the asparagus spears. A good twist of freshly ground black pepper and it is ready to eat!
