Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and all orders are made subject to your acceptance of them. Please read them carefully before placing your order as your order will be accepted strictly on the understanding that you accept these conditions of sale. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

2. Trading Name

All orders are placed with Rangemaster, which is a trading name of Aga Consumer Products ltd (the "Company").
Rangemaster is registered in England at Aga Foodservice Group plc, 4 Arleston Way, Shirley, Solihul, B90 4LH; No. 3872754; VAT Registration No GB100 5835 13

3. Prices

Prices are quoted by the Company in £ Sterling exclusive of VAT, inc Vat and delivery charges, which shall be as ruling at the date of our acceptance of the order. The Company reserves the right to invoice the goods at the price ruling at the date of despatch. An order acknowledgement reference number will be given to you when your order is accepted and any items, which are out of stock, will be notified to you by telephone.
The company reserves the right to revise prices and details without notice.

4. Delivery     

Delivery charges for all orders over £100 are free to UK mainland

All orders received will be delivered within 48 hours subject to availability. In the event of any items being out of stock we will inform you and give you an estimated delivery date.
Delivery will be to a UK address only. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over, and if no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the goods will be retained by the driver.

Notification of the attempt to deliver will be left by the delivery company in most cases.
Please note that delivery can take place any time up to 5.30 p.m., we are unable to offer timed deliveries.
 
5. Payment      

Payment may be made by Delta, MasterCard, Solo, Switch and Visa at the time of order and the Company will make reasonable endeavors to ensure that your order and payment details remain secure.

6. Returns Policy     

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order you have upto 7 days to return any stocked products providing that the product is unused, in its original condition, packaging and paperwork to receive a full refund.  No returns will be accepted after 7 days without exception. Please note that all goods returned are at the sender’s expense.  All breakages, losses or mispicks must be reported by the next working day to Rangemaster customer service 0870 240 2003. A customer advisor will be able to take your call Monday to Thursday from 8.00am until 6.00pm, Friday 8.00am until 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am until 1.00pm.

Please have your order confirmation number available at the time of telephoning. Any refunds given will be made to your credit card account.
 
7. Third Party/Public Liability

Save in so far as defects in the products or the negligence of the Company cause death or personal injury the Company shall in no circumstances be under any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for direct or indirect consequential or incidental loss or damages whatsoever kind and howsoever caused, suffered by the Customer or others arising out of or in connection with the sale, supply or operation of goods under these Terms, save as may be expressly imposed by statute. Without prejudice to the foregoing the Company's liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the invoice value of the goods.
 
8. Health & Safety

It is the Company's intention to comply at all times with all relevant UK Laws including Health and Safety at Work and Environmental Protection Acts. Under the Offensive Weapons Act 1996, it is an offence to sell knives to any-one under the age of 16 years.  No order shall be accepted for the supply of any knife to a person under the age of 16 years.
 
9. Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in all aspects in respect of the laws of England and shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
 
10. Privacy & Security     

Rangemaster is totally committed to respecting the privacy of its customers and any data provided will only be used in accordance with their wishes.

We also understand that shopping on the internet can feel risky and insecure. Therefore, card security is a high priority and we have taken every precaution to ensure that this information is collected and stored accurately and confidentially without danger of unauthorised access.

Rangemaster payments are processed through a secure site that utilises Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This is a sophisticated encryption technology that provides billions of code combinations per order transaction and prevents other internet users from accessing your personal details. It is fully compatible with Microsoft and Netscape browsers 4.0+.
