Coghlans

Coghlans school of wine, food and dining offers a range of cookery courses for chefs of all abilities. All of their courses use Rangemaster rangecookers so it is the perfect place to learn culinary skills that utilise your Rangemaster to its full potential.

Coghlans has both weekly and more intensive day courses to suit varying schedules. Courses include general cookery, dessert courses, Thai cookery and children's courses.

The cookery school is located in Sheepbridge between Chesterfield and Sheffield.

SportingChefs Charity Dinner

The inaugural SportingChefs dinner was held on October 2nd 2008 at Coghlans with both the main function room and the private dining rooms filled to capacity with people eager to watch and eat the creations of some of the regions finest Sportsmen.

Pudsey Bear greeted the guests as they arrived to Champagne, they were then treated to a three course meal, with each course being cooked by a different sports personality (full details of the sportsman and dishes served can be read on the Coghlans website under blog).

The evening was a tremendous success with Children in need and the newly formed Rangemaster Cooking foundation benefiting to the tune of £7,500.

Next years event will be announced In the next few weeks and promises to be even bigger than this year.
