Established in 1987, The Edinburgh School of Food & Wine has a wide variety of courses for both professionals and amateur enthusiasts and novices. There are full time and part time courses on offer as well as one day and evening classes.

Eckington Manor cookery school has been designed to ensure that all participants have the ultimate hands-on working environment which is light and spacious. With ten fully equipped integrated kitchens, each guest has their own facilities – including a luxury range cooker by Rangemaster, Falcon or Aga.
