| With the BBQ season in full swing, kebabs are definitely on the menu. Using your Rangemaster kebab rack, you can achieve the great taste and look of kebabs without the hassle of barbequing them. Simple pre heat the grill, brush each kebab with oil, place under the grill on the base of the grill cavity and cook for between 10 and 20 minutes depending on meat, size and preference. Turning occasionally, you may need to reduce the heat.
Kebabs are great when accompanied with a dip. Our kebabs, as pictured, are served with the following:
- Steak kebabs and a chilli dip
- Vegetable kebabs using Quorn with a pumpkin seed yoghurt dip
- Tuna and prawn kebabs with a lemon and mixed herb dip
Tips:
Marinade meat prior to grilling for added taste.
- If you don’t have time to make a marinade simply brush the kebabs with flavoured oil such chilli oil.
- Of course kebabs need not be savoury, what about fruit ones. Try strawberries, pineapple, orange segments, mango or marshmallows. Any fruit that is firm enough to be skewered, of course these won’t need to be brushed with oil (try melted chocolate for real indulgence).
