Ingredients:

• 1 packet of strawberry jelly
• 100ml barley concentrate
• ½ pint water
• Handful strawberries cut into quarters

1. Break jelly into pieces, add 4 tbsp boiling water and stir.  Heat in microwave to melt for 30 seconds.
2. In separate jug measure 100ml barley water and top up with ½ pint cold water
3. Add this to the jelly.  Pour into separate Sunday dishes, and store in the fridge until set.
