| Strawberry Jelly |
| Strawberry jelly, a classic dessert particularly at BBQ’s and children’s parties, it is quick, easy and tasty. But this is no ordinary strawberry jelly, there is the added twist of lemon barley! Decorate with those pretty cocktail umbrellas!
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of strawberry jelly
- 100ml barley concentrate
- ½ pint water
- Handful strawberries cut into quarters

| Method |
- Break jelly into pieces, add 4 tbsp boiling water and stir. Heat in microwave to melt for 30 seconds.
- In separate jug measure 100ml barley water and top up with ½ pint cold water
- Add this to the jelly. Pour into separate Sunday dishes, and store in the fridge until set.
