Create a style statement with Rangemaster
Posted by Hayley Gilbert Wednesday, 19th April 2017
When planning a new kitchen, there’s one item that can easily be your starting point – something that you can base the rest of the scheme around, and that’s a range cooker. Rangemaster ranges come in a fantastic selection of sizes, shapes and styles, so there’s sure to be something to suit. As well as offering everything you need for professional cooking results, your choice of cooker can also help to create the ultimate style statement.
For a laid-back look that has a touch of New England style about it, this scheme has a striking China Blue Elise range cooker at its core. Available as 90cm, 100cm and 110cm widths in induction or dual fuel, it also comes in Cream, Gloss Black, White Cherry Red, Slate and stainless steel. Team with the Conker table from Loaf.com and a mix of white wood and metal chairs. The in-frame cabinetry is also great for the Shaker feel while oversized metallic pendant lights bring an industrial finish.
Go for a slice of urban style by teaming Rangemaster’s Toledo range cooker with plenty of raw materials and textured surfaces. Think rough-hewn plaster or bare brickwork on the walls, a poured concrete floor, natural timber cabinet fronts with a horizontal grain and plenty of steel accessories. This look is all about combining a fitted and unfitted look with freestanding island units or mobile butcher’s blocks and trolleys alongside base units and open shelving. Choose enamelled wall lights and single drop pendants over an island, dining table or breakfast bar and finish with copper pans, simple white crockery and mismatched mugs.
Keep it simple with a black and white theme that’s easy to achieve with gloss black cabinetry and stainless steel cooker that offers two spacious ovens and separate grill. The Rangemaster Professional comes in a variety of sizes and fuels with a choice of steel, Cranberry, Gloss Black or Cream finishes. White walls and flooring will also help create a feeling of space in a small room while pops of colour can be added to the worktop with vibrant accessories, utensils and small appliances.
Imagine yourself cooking crepes in a chic Parisian apartment. That’s the look that this cute city pad brings to mind thanks to its classically styled cabinets and Kitchener range cooker, which comes in gas or dual fuel in 90cm, 100cm and 110cm sizes as well as Gloss Black, Cream or Stainless Steel designs. With two ovens and separate grill, it has all the space you need for family meals and sits beautifully within this elegant interior complete with pretty pink walls, floral fabrics and chevron tiled flooring.
Set the scene for some serious home cooking with Rangemaster’s Excel cooker, which provides two large capacity ovens, separate grill and dedicated slow cooker. In a 110cm width and a choice of Stainless Steel, Cream, Gloss Black, Ivory or Slate, it also offers added value with a Handyrack, Rapid Response and gas hob with wok cradle and multi-ring burner. Finish with a matching steel splashback and cooker hood and simple furniture and flooring.
For a farmhouse feel, choose timber furniture with freestanding units for a modular look. Accessorise with pull-out baskets for fruit and vegetables, open plate racks and peg rails. Wooden worktops will also enhance the country effect. The Professional+ range is compact yet still boasts two ovens and a five-burner gas hob, which is also available as induction or ceramic. If you prefer to bring some colour into the room, take your pick from Cranberry, Cream or Gloss Black and finish with an eye-catching tiled splashback.
